Mr. Flynn founded Herbert Park Capital in 2024. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Stone Beach Capital, focusing on the European market beginning in 2021. He was previously a Managing Director & Head of Europe for Garrison Investment Group, a New York based Private equity firm, which he joined in 2010. While at Garrison, Mr. Flynn was a member of the Investment Committee and held investment, asset management and fund raising responsibilities across the firm’s Real Estate business.
Prior to joining Garrison, Mr. Flynn worked at Anglo Irish Bank, where he spent his time managing a portfolio of $2bn including the restructuring of various positions post GFC.
Mr. Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science & M.B.A. from St. John’s University in New York.
